These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website boldorion.com (the "Site") operated by Creatives Guild USA LLC dba BoldOrion ("BoldOrion," "we," "us," or "our"), and our operational text messaging program for employees and contractors. By accessing the Site or participating in our SMS program, you agree to these Terms. Hosting customers should also review our separate Hosting Terms.
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the Site's operation. Content on the Site is provided for general information and does not create a client engagement unless we enter a separate written agreement with you.
BoldOrion operates an SMS program for internal business operations. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages to customers or the general public.

Recipients are BoldOrion employees and contractors who provide a mobile number and consent to receive operational SMS as part of onboarding, role assignment, or another clear opt-in method we document. Consent is not a condition of employment where prohibited by law, but may be required for certain roles that rely on SMS for business operations.
Message frequency varies based on business needs and may include multiple messages per day for active team members. Message and data rates may apply. Carrier message and data rates are your responsibility.
To stop receiving SMS messages from BoldOrion, reply STOP to any message. After you opt out, you will receive a confirmation and we will not send further SMS to that number unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or email privacy@boldorion.com.
How we collect, use, and protect mobile numbers and related information is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as needed to deliver messages through our SMS provider or as required by law.
The Site and its content, branding, and materials are owned by BoldOrion or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Site content without our prior written consent, except as allowed by law.
The Site and SMS program are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, including SMS delivery, which depends on carriers and third-party providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BoldOrion and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or SMS program. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or SMS program will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100), except where liability cannot be limited by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of the Site or continued participation in the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
