We build your firm’s site, host it, and make every change for you. It’s live in 15 business days, and optimized for AI and mobile.

Who looks
So do clients. They look at who’s on the team, what the firm does, and whether anyone is keeping the site up.
What they find on a site nobody keeps
Sites go stale for ordinary reasons. Nobody at the firm owns the site, and every change waits on whoever built it. So it stays as it was on launch day, while the firm moves on.
Read by AI
Ask ChatGPT or Google “Which firms near me do this well?” and it answers from the sites it can read. Nobody can promise it names you. We make sure that when it reads yours, it reads the facts as you approved them.
A short note at the top of the site tells assistants who the firm is, what it does, and which pages matter most.
Each page has a plain-text copy beside it, so an assistant reads what the page says rather than guessing from its layout.
Every change you approve reaches those copies too. Whenever an assistant reads the site, it reads the version you last signed off.
How it works
You send what you have. We do the rest: the writing, the design, the build, the hosting, and every change after launch.
Send us bios, headshots, the logo, and whatever copy and photos you have. We shape it into pages, write what’s missing, design and build the site, and it’s live 15 business days after your materials arrive.
Email us what needs to change. We make it, send you a preview, and publish it when you approve. Nobody at the firm needs a login, or needs to know how the site works.
Built to open in about a second on a phone. Hosting, security, and backups are part of the plan, and they’re ours to watch.
The domain, the code, and the record of every change are in the firm’s name. After the first 12 months, you can leave with all of it.
The 15 business days
Day 1
We agree the pages, and the clock starts.
Day 5
Designed, with your own content. One round of comments.
Day 12
Every page, ready to check. One round of fixes.
Day 15
On your domain, and on our watch from then on.
Each review has two business days. If one takes longer, the launch date moves by the same.
Sign-off
Every change goes to a private preview first, and it’s published only when the person who signs off approves it.
Every change goes to a private link before anyone else can see it.
Nothing is published until it’s approved by the person who signs off.
Each published change is kept with its date, so you can show what the site said, and when.
Running now
The same servers and the same people would look after yours: the hosting, the security, the backups, and every change.
Every site we look after runs on the same setup yours would.

Who builds it
Duncan Platt leads BoldOrion, and every site we build. You talk to him before it’s built, and after it’s live.
BoldOrion grew out of a web practice Duncan started in 2015, and he has designed and shipped more than 100 sites and products since. Most of our work now is software for founders. The standard is the same here: pages that open quickly, writing that says what it means, and a site someone else could take over without starting again.
Questions
The domain, the code, and its full history are in the firm’s name from the first day, and the site is built with common, well-documented tools. Another developer could pick it up without starting again.
Bios and headshots, the logo, the copy you have now, and any photos you’d like to use. If something’s missing, we’ll say what, early.
The day your materials arrive. We send the list on the first day, and you see the whole site before it goes live.
Two, at fixed points. We show you the home page with your own content, and one set of comments comes back from the person who signs off. Then we build the rest, you review the whole site once, and it goes live. Anything you think of after that is a change, and changes are part of the plan.
No set number, within fair use. Day-to-day changes are part of the plan: people, news, details, photos, and pages you already have. We make them in the order they arrive, usually within two business days, and several edits in one email count as one. A new section or a redesign is quoted first, as extra pages. If the firm needs changes most days, Editor is the better fit: your team edits the news and team pages themselves, and everything else still comes to us.
We move what’s worth keeping, and point the old addresses at the new pages, so links and search results still land in the right place.
The plan carries on month to month. If you leave, the domain, the code, and its history are already in the firm’s name, and we’ll help whoever takes it on.
Talk it through
Tell us about the firm, and the site you have now. You’ll hear back from Duncan within a working day, with whether it’s a fit and what it would cost.
